Jennifer Garner Praises Ben Affleck as an ‘Incredible Co-Parent’

Jennifer Garner is praising ex-husband Ben Affleck as an “incredible co-parent” and a “great partner” in raising their three children. In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress spoke about how their co-parenting dynamic has evolved now that their kids are older.

Garner shares Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13, with Affleck. She explained that as their children have grown, she now has more freedom to take on work commitments because they can stay with their father. “Now they’re in high school, you can’t really do that anymore. But they can stay with their dad. He’s wonderful. He takes care of them. He’s a great partner in that way. And that’s very freeing,” she said.

The former couple finalized their divorce in 2018 after announcing their separation in 2015. Despite the split, they have maintained a supportive relationship focused on their children. A source previously told PEOPLE that the exes “get along and really support each other,” adding that their relationship is now “all friendly and centered around the kids”.
