Tory Lanez will soon face questioning under oath from behind bars, as a judge has granted a deposition order in Megan Thee Stallion’s defamation lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz.

On Monday (Feb. 24), Megan’s attorneys filed a motion in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, requesting that Tory, born Daystar Peterson, be deposed regarding his alleged role in fueling online harassment against Megan.

Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga signed off on the motion, ruling that Tory must be questioned, either via videoconference or another agreed-upon method. Court filings indicate Tory is not opposed to the deposition.

Megan’s Lawsuit and Restraining Order

Megan first sued Milagro Gramz in October 2024, accusing her of spreading false information and sharing an altered sexual depiction of her, allegedly at Tory’s request. In December 2024, she amended the lawsuit, claiming Tory continued orchestrating harassment from prison.

According to court documents:

• Tory’s recorded prison calls allegedly show him discussing Milagro Gramz with his father.

• In one call, Tory and his father claimed Megan wouldn’t be able to prove he paid Milagro to attack her online.

Megan has since secured a restraining order against Tory, active until 2030. Meanwhile, Tory is currently serving his 10-year prison sentence at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi for shooting Megan in 2020.

With this latest legal development, Tory may soon have to answer some tough questions—even from behind bars.
