The legal war between Tom Sandoval and his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson intensified Friday when she and her father were spotted at his Los Angeles rental property, just one day after a judge ordered them to move out.
Photos show Victoria, 33, and her father, J. Will Robinson, arriving at the reality star’s home on June 26, the same day Will filed his own restraining order against Sandoval following an explosive argument around a backyard fire pit. Victoria was later seen leaving a courthouse holding what appeared to be legal documents.
The restraining order against Victoria Robinson was granted on June 25 after Sandoval filed a domestic violence petition alleging a pattern of physical abuse throughout their relationship. Court documents obtained by multiple outlets detail Sandoval’s claims that Victoria punched him in the face so forcefully that it blurred his vision and caused injuries to his neck and ear.
The June 3 altercation began when the couple returned home around 2 a.m. after a night out. Sandoval claims he discovered Victoria secretly recording him. When he tried to grab her phone, her father lunged at him and punched a 12-inch hole in a bedroom door where Sandoval had barricaded himself.
Victoria was arrested that night for intimate partner battery with physical violence but released on bond. Sandoval admitted he accepted her jailhouse call and helped her mother with bail, a decision he now regrets.
Newly surfaced footage of the June 3 incident shows Sandoval pushing Will into a lit fire pit after an argument escalated. In the video, Sandoval is seen shouting at Will and Victoria before grabbing for her phone. Will intervenes, and Sandoval shoves him, causing him to flip over the active fire pit.
Will claims he suffered serious injuries from the fall, including a ruptured disc in his back, a broken thumb and elbow, and a laceration on his heel . He filed his own restraining order against Sandoval on June 26, alleging this was the fifth time Sandoval has become physical with his daughter.
“I lifted Tom off my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively,” Will told TMZ.
A source told Us Weekly that Sandoval has been paying for the rental home where Victoria and her father continued living even after he was displaced. The reality star has been staying at hotels and friends’ homes since the incident.
A hearing on the restraining order against Victoria Robinson has been set for July 16 . It remains unclear whether Victoria and her father were packing belongings or violating the court order when spotted at the property Friday.
