Tom Sandoval has been granted a temporary restraining order against his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, after he alleged she physically attacked him during a June 3 altercation that led to her arrest. The Vanderpump Rules alum, 44, filed the request on June 25, claiming Robinson, 33, punched him in the face so hard his vision blurred and he bled from his ear and neck. The couple, who began dating in early 2024, have broken up.
Sandoval also secured a temporary restraining order against Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson, whom he alleges was intoxicated and aggressive during the same incident. According to Sandoval’s filing, after a night out, he had a verbal argument with Victoria and noticed she was filming him. When he confronted her, he claims Will lunged at him, forcing Sandoval to barricade himself in a spare bedroom. He alleges Will followed him, threatened him, and punched a 12×12-inch hole in the door. Victoria then entered the room and struck him in the face and temple.
The impact caused bruising near his temple and eyebrow ridge, and the pain persisted for two weeks, prompting an ER visit to rule out a fracture. Robinson was arrested on June 3 for intimate partner battery with physical violence and was later released on $50,000 bond. Sandoval says he “foolishly” helped her family with the bail and now regrets that decision.
In his filing, Sandoval details a pattern of abuse throughout their relationship . He claims Victoria punched his face, struck his neck, threw a full Gatorade bottle at him, and repeatedly verbally assaulted him, calling him a “f—ing loser” and saying “the only reason people like you is because of me”. He also accuses her of hacking his phone and social media accounts and placing an Apple AirTag in his car to track his movements.
Since the attack, Sandoval says he has been “completely displaced” from his home, staying in hotels and with friends. He is requesting an immediate move-out order, as Robinson and her father continue to live in the rental home he pays for.
Will Robinson disputes Sandoval’s claims, telling TMZ he lifted Tom off his daughter because he was overpowering her and twisting her arm . He claims Sandoval then shoved him into a lit fire pit, causing injuries that required medical treatment . A video of the confrontation appears to show Sandoval pushing Will into the fire pit.
A hearing on the restraining orders is scheduled for July 16.
