The outspoken media personality is now represented by the same powerhouse behind some of urban media’s biggest legends.
The controversial host is officially joining Oceanic Tradewinds, the company that has guided careers including Wendy Williams, Rickey Smiley, and Donnie McClurkin. The partnership represents a significant escalation in urban media syndication, moving the digital-first personality into traditional broadcast territory.
The deal has been quietly brewing for three years. The connection first formed when legendary executive producer Rick Party discovered her YouTube channel back in 2017. He immediately recognized the raw, unfiltered energy that reminded him of radio pioneers.
Gary Bernstein, founder and president of Oceanic Tradewinds, drew a direct line between his newest client and his most famous former client. Working with Tasha K evokes the same energy he felt when syndicating Wendy Williams, he explained. The same star power. The same unbreakable bond with an audience.
The numbers support the comparison. Her collective platforms generate between 150 and 200 million views per month across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and BiGo. At the center of it all sits the Winos, a fanbase that does not just watch passively. They show up, support, and convert into paying customers.
Rick Party first spotted the potential nearly a decade ago. He compares her to Petey Greene, the legendary Washington D.C. radio icon known for being unapologetically Black, fearless, and raw. Love her or hate her, people watch. People react. People talk. That, he says, is the Tasha K star power.
The partnership sets the stage for a multi-stack syndication rollout. The first layer of the deal will be announced in the coming weeks, but one major component is already public. Tasha K will headline the Everything Is Allegedly Tour, a 16-city one-woman comedy tour beginning in September. The host expressed genuine happiness about partnering with a company she has admired since entering the business. With a strong sales force now behind her, she calls this only the beginning.
