Snoop Dogg has revealed that he wasn’t invited to Netflix’s smash-hit The Roast of Tom Brady—and he’s totally cool with it. The rap legend, known for his laid-back vibes, shared his thoughts on the snub during a recent chat on the Let’s Go podcast with none other than Tom Brady himself.
The roast, which aired back in May, featured a star-studded lineup including Kim Kardashian, Will Ferrell, Kevin Hart, Rob Gronkowski, and more, all taking playful jabs at the NFL icon. From Brady’s private life to his past controversies, nothing was off-limits. But while the jokes were flying, many fans couldn’t help but notice Snoop Dogg’s absence.
I wasn’t mad about it
Snoop said, laughing as he and Brady reflected on the event.
Honestly, some of those jokes? I’m glad I didn’t have to hear them in person!
Despite being left out, the rap icon’s good humor proved once again why he’s a fan favorite. As for Brady, the roast became Netflix’s top comedy special of the year—proving that even off the field, the quarterback still knows how to draw a crowd.
