She claims he recently “turned his attention” toward her after years of publicly targeting Will and Jada Pinkett Smith.
Under California law, falsely accusing someone of promiscuous sexual conduct qualifies as slander per se. That means the statements are automatically considered damaging. Zampino does not need to prove financial loss. The Will Smith ex-wife is also suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress, citing humiliation, embarrassment, mental anguish, and severe emotional suffering.
Salaam is no stranger to courtrooms. He is currently in the middle of a legal battle with Jada Pinkett Smith over alleged threats. Now Zampino has joined the fight.
