Scott Wolf’s Restraining Order Against Wife Kelley Wolf Set to Be Dropped Amid Divorce Agreement

Scott Wolf’s restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, is reportedly on track to be dismissed following a tentative divorce agreement between the former couple.

According to Us Weekly, new court documents reveal that a proposal was filed last week to drop the restraining order — though it still awaits a judge’s final approval.

The 57-year-old Party of Five star confirmed in June that he and Kelley, 48, were ending their marriage after more than 20 years together. At the time, Scott was granted temporary sole legal and physical custody of their three children, along with a temporary restraining order that prohibited Kelley from contacting him or the kids pending further legal proceedings.

In the days following the split, Kelley was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold — a California law that allows for involuntary hospitalization if someone is deemed a danger to themselves or others. She was released shortly after and took to Instagram to downplay the situation.

“I’m fine, y’all. I’m happy,” Kelley wrote. “No mental illness. No addictions. Just a woman who SURVIVED an involuntary 5150 and went on a 1st DATE 2-night. So nervous! OMG!”

Despite the turbulence, Kelley has expressed a positive outlook on social media, writing:

“We are dynamic … and I am ready to begin again.”

The couple, who tied the knot in 2004, had long been seen as one of Hollywood’s more grounded marriages. However, recent developments suggest a complicated and emotional separation, now inching toward resolution.

As of now, the restraining order has not been officially lifted, but the latest filing signals a mutual desire to move forward more amicably.
