Ray J Pens Emotional 10-Year Anniversary Message to Princess Love: “I Don’t Wanna Get a Divorce”

Ray J is reflecting on a decade of marriage with Princess Love, and he’s making it clear he’s not ready to give up. On August 12, the singer and entrepreneur shared an emotional message celebrating their 10-year anniversary, writing, “10 years later, after everything we’ve been through, somehow it all still comes back to love”.

The anniversary message comes after one of the most tumultuous years in their relationship. In November 2025, Ray J was arrested for allegedly pulling a gun on Princess during a heated livestream. She subsequently obtained a protective order, though she later dropped it in January 2026 following concerns about his health. The couple, who share two children, daughter Melody, 7, and son Epik, 5, have filed for divorce four times since their 2016 wedding.

In his anniversary post, Ray J wrote, “No matter what happened, what was said, what people saw or what anybody thinks they know about us, we know what’s real”. He expressed gratitude for their continued connection, saying, “I’m grateful I can still talk to you, be your friend, stand beside you and protect the family we created”.

He then addressed the status of their marriage directly: “I told you I don’t wanna get a divorce! We will get it right Happy 10 years”. While Princess Love has not publicly responded to his message, Ray J has previously stated that reconciling would require time, adjustments, and “a lot of money”.
