Publicist who says Diddy ejaculated into Biggie’s shirt fires back: Your denial is total BS

The publicist who accused Diddy of a shocking sexual assault involving a shirt once owned by the Notorious B.I.G. is not backing down. Jonathan Hay, the man at the center of the explosive case, says the music mogul is lying. Now, as a criminal investigation unfolds in Los Angeles, the Diddy publicist responds with raw emotion and a demand for charges.

Diddy filed his formal denial in April 2026. He called the allegations fiction. He claimed any restraint was actually a citizen’s arrest. The response stunned those following the case. Hay waited weeks. Then he let loose. He calls Diddy’s version pure fantasy. There was nothing consensual, he says. He says he was held against his will the entire time.

The original suit landed in July 2025. Hay described a nightmare inside a Los Angeles warehouse filled with Biggie Smalls memorabilia. He says Diddy pressured him to take ketamine. Then the rapper masturbated in front of him. The most disturbing allegation: Diddy ejaculated into one of Biggie’s shirts while watching porn on his phone. He even asked Hay to finish him off.

In September 2025, Hay filed a police report in Largo, Florida. That report traveled to Los Angeles. The Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Unit is now investigating. Diddy’s legal team has not commented on the criminal probe. But Hay sees it as validation. He says he is praying for criminal charges soon.

Not everyone in the case stands with Hay. Biggie’s son, CJ Wallace, filed a countersuit for defamation. He won a default judgment after Hay failed to respond. Hay insists he was never properly served. Wallace’s lawyers say otherwise, pointing to substitute service through the Florida Secretary of State.

The Diddy publicist responds with a simple, gut-level message: you know what you did. Whether a jury or a criminal court agrees remains uncertain. But Hay is not retreating. He is speaking louder. And the Special Victims Unit is still listening.
