Adult film star Drake Von is in legal trouble again. The 23-year-old was arrested over the weekend in Las Vegas for misdemeanor DUI, according to official records. The arrest comes just weeks after he was charged with felonies for allegedly strangling his partner.
Von, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, reportedly slammed his car into another vehicle during the incident. Photos obtained from the scene show his passenger door completely caved in from the collision.
Saturday’s DUI arrest marks Von’s second brush with the law in less than a month. Earlier in June, he was arrested at a million-dollar Las Vegas home and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or use of physical force.
According to a police report, the alleged attack stemmed from a verbal argument that turned physical when the victim threw her Louis Vuitton promise ring out of a car window. Von allegedly took her phone, forced her to the ground, and strangled her until she temporarily blacked out. The victim showed officers bruises above her eyebrow, scratches on her hand, and redness on her neck.
Von has dismissed the allegations as a “publicity stunt,” telling TMZ, “All allegations are false, charges will be dropped, and it was all a misunderstanding”. He posted a shirtless mirror selfie after his release with the caption “Feeling good”.
The GayVN Award winner, known for dominant roles in gay porn, launched his career at 18 and runs an OnlyFans account with his twin brother called “The Baconator Twins”.
