Love is officially in the air for The Vampire Diaries alum Paul Wesley, who’s heading down the aisle again—this time with stunning model Natalie Kuckenburg.
The 42-year-old actor popped the question to the 25-year-old beauty, and she said yes! Natalie confirmed the happy news with a sweet black-and-white photo on Instagram showing off her sparkling oval-shaped engagement ring. Her caption was simple and heartfelt: “Yes [white heart emoji].”
The romantic proposal happened during a dreamy vacation in Italy. On July 16, Paul shared snaps from their stay in Tuscany, writing, “A beautiful time in Tuscany.” The couple later made their way to the Amalfi Coast, continuing what looked like the ultimate engagement getaway.
Paul, who first went public with Natalie in November 2022, recently celebrated her birthday with a heartfelt post: “It’s my favorite person’s birthday @nataliekuckenburg,” alongside cozy couple photos, including one of them kissing by the water.
In a 2024 interview with PEOPLE, the Smallville actor couldn’t stop gushing about her.
“There’s two people that are the funniest people in my life — Number one, my dog, and number two, frankly, my girlfriend,” he said. “All we do is laugh, and I think it’s probably one of the most important things in a relationship.”
This will be Wesley’s second marriage. His divorce from jewelry executive Ines de Ramon was finalized in 2024 after three years of marriage. The two cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. Ines has since moved on as well—she’s currently dating Hollywood icon Brad Pitt, 61.
Now, it’s full speed ahead for Paul and Natalie, whose love story seems to be only just beginning—with a ring and Italian sunsets to seal the deal.
