In November 2024, the actress pleasantly surprised fans by announcing the birth of her first childwith a video showing her baby bump. Following the announcement, images of Sotayo cradling her newborn surfaced, drawing congratulatory messages from across the entertainment world.
By December, she had introduced fans to her baby with a tender video holding the little one as she welcomed the new month. Celebs like Aisha Lawal, Joke Jigan, Toyin Adewale, and Sola Olaibi lit up her comment section with love and admiration.
Although Sotayo tied the knot secretly in 2021, she has kept details of her husband under wraps. Rumors once swirled—thanks to controversial blogger Gistlover—linking her to a northern monarch, which many believe might explain her frequent travels and newly acquired chieftaincy titles in Nassarawa State.
Always a class act, Sotayo brushed off past controversies, including whispers about a birthday party clash between alleged lovers in 2022, with nothing but laughing emojis and style.
