Offset is keeping it cold-hearted this Valentine’s Day with his latest single, ‘Ten’, a track that seemingly takes shots at his estranged wife, Cardi B, while flexing his bachelor lifestyle.
Offset’s Message: Money Over Love?
Released on February 14, 2025, the song, produced by London Jae, sees Offset delivering his signature auto-tuned bars over a UK Afroswing-inspired beat. He boldly raps:
“I don’t need you, I got money / I don’t miss you, I got money / Love you, but not like money.”
In another line, he appears to taunt Cardi, implying she should’ve known better before marrying him:
“I ain’t sorry ’bout shit, what you talm’ bout’? / You knew a n*a was a dog like a rottweiler / So many hoes, I do the most when I’m out.”
A Not-So-Subtle Jab at Cardi B?
Offset and Cardi B have had a tumultuous relationship since they secretly married in 2017. Despite welcoming two children together and multiple breakups, Cardi filed for divorce in August 2024, shortly after announcing she was pregnant with their third child.
Earlier this year, Cardi even accused Offset and his mother of stealing from her, sparking an online war of words.
Offset’s Solo Journey Continues
‘Ten’ follows his previous singles ‘Swing My Way’ and ‘Antisocial’, and its Kid Art-directed music video features model Anok Yai. Offset has been steadily dropping solo music, but fans continue to debate whether he’s better off with or without his former Migos brothers.
The Big Question
