Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck, real name Tochukwu Ojogwu, has been hospitalized after surviving a serious car accident.
The ‘Declan Rice’ hitmaker shared photos of his damaged car and himself receiving treatment at a medical facility on his X (Twitter) page.
“Survived. The machine must arrive in one piece. It is a must. The machine is coming,” he wrote, reassuring fans of his safety.
A String of Close Calls
This isn’t the first time Odumodublvck has narrowly escaped danger. In December 2024, the rapper also survived a stage collapse while performing at Sol Beach in Elegushi, Lagos.

Odumodublvck recently faced backlash after knocking off a fan’s phone during an attempt to record him. The incident sparked mixed reactions on social media, with many calling him out for alleged assault.
His Rise to Fame
The rapper, known for his unique blend of genres and high-energy performances, signed a deal with NATIVE Records and Def Jam Recordings in 2022. That same year, he released ‘Picanto’featuring ECko Miles and Zlatan Ibile, followed by ‘Declan Rice’, a song that became a major hit.
