Milania Giudice’s attorney Alan Kraminsky shared that the 20-year-old is attending anger management months after she was arrested for assault. During a virtual court hearing on Aug. 11, Kraminsky requested a delay so she could complete the course. The judge granted a new hearing date of September 29, noting the state needs to review discovery.
The reality star was arrested on May 14 at her mother Teresa Giudice’s New Jersey home after an alleged domestic incident. She is charged with simple assault for allegedly striking a victim in the head with her fist. She has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, she faces up to six months in jail and fines over $500.
