Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf. According to court documents, the Pearl star filed Tuesday night, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and listing their date of separation as July 28, 2025.
The Mia Goth divorce filing requests primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel. She is also asking the court to terminate the ability to award either her or LaBeouf spousal support. The petition follows a lengthy estrangement that was first reported in February 2026. LaBeouf bought a $1 million home in New Orleans after the separation and has since faced legal trouble there, including an arrest following a Mardi Gras fight in February. He later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery charges.
Sources previously said police were called to the couple’s Los Angeles home multiple times before LaBeouf moved, and that Goth wanted him to go to rehab. LaBeouf has been seen regularly with his new girlfriend, Nicole Mumphrey. Goth and LaBeouf met on the set of Nymphomaniac and married in 2016. They separated in 2022 before reconciling, and welcomed Isabel in 2022. Representatives for both have not commented. The case is ongoing.
