‘Lucifer’ Star Inbar Lavi Welcomes Baby Girl After Fertility Journey

Lucifer actress Inbar Lavi is now a proud mom.

The 38-year-old star and her husband, Dan Bar Shira, quietly welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Ariel Lavi Bar Shira, on June 28. The couple shared the joyful news with People, revealing their daughter was born weighing 5 lbs. 11 oz.

“A newborn is a tornado of emotions. Waves of bliss in a sea of chaos,” Inbar said. “We’re trying to stay steady and present for it all. Grateful is an understatement.”

Inbar first announced her pregnancy on Instagram back in February, opening up about the difficult journey she and Dan faced on the road to parenthood.

“Two and a half years of patience, love, treatments and faith have led us to you,” she wrote. “If you’re reading this, on your own winding road to parenthood, know this: it’s never easy, but you WILL find your way.”

The couple, who now live in Los Angeles, got married in Israel in 2021, nearly two years after first meeting at the Burning Man festival in 2019. Inbar previously said they wanted their wedding to feel like a “free-flow festival” to honor how they met, with the beach as a central part of the ceremony.

Inbar Lavi is best known for her roles in Lucifer as Eve, Prison Break as Sheba, Underemployed, and Gang Related. Prior to marrying Dan, she was in a relationship with actor Christoph Sanders (Last Man Standing) from 2011 to 2015.

As she steps into this new chapter of motherhood, Inbar says she’s embracing the chaos and magic of it all — and doing so with immense gratitude.
