Williams sued Wayne in 2022, alleging the rapper punched him while onboard a private jet when he tried to intervene in a fight between Wayne and the pilot. Wayne also pointed to medical records showing Williams visited urgent care after the incident and was found to have “no swelling” and no significant injury, only prescribed ibuprofen, which he didn’t take.
The rapper is now seeking permission to depose Williams a second time about the new information. The case continues as Wayne pushes back against the allegations.
