Leigh-Anne Pinnock is keeping fans hopeful for a Little Mix reunion — but she believes the timing has to be just right for maximum impact.
“Let’s Enjoy Solo, Man” — Leigh-Anne on Reunion Plans
The 33-year-old singer, who is currently pursuing a successful solo career, spoke on the Hits Radio Breakfast Show this morning and revealed that while a Little Mix comeback is definitely on the cards, it’s not happening just yet.
“We cannot do this [get back together] for a little while because otherwise it wouldn’t be as impactful,” she said.
“Let’s enjoy solo, man. But I do feel that people miss Little Mix.”
She floated the idea of a hybrid concert event where each member could perform solo material as well as reunite for group songs — something similar to K-pop girl group Blackpink’s model.
“What we could do is we could still do our solo stuff, do a little Blackpink — that would be kind of iconic,” she suggested.
“Or do a show where we all perform our solo stuff, that would be sick.”
Her Dream Band Reunion? Honeyz
When asked which other group she’d love to see back together, Leigh-Anne’s answer was rooted in childhood nostalgia.
“I used to sing Honeyz for talent shows when I was younger — so the Honeyz,” she said, referencing the late-90s British R&B trio known for hits like End of the Line and Love of a Lifetime.
Juggling Music and Mum Life
Away from the stage, Leigh-Anne is also adjusting to mum duties. The Been a Minute singer shares three-year-old twin daughters with her footballer husband Andre Gray, and the little ones are about to start school.
“The WhatsApp group is already popping off,” she laughed.
“I’m getting overwhelmed but for them I want to be quite involved and meet the parents and all of that!”
A Sisterhood That Still Stands Strong
Despite going on hiatus in 2022, Leigh-Anne says her bond with Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwallremains unshakable.
“The three of us have this genuine sisterhood, and no one else will ever get it,” she said.
“That last tour [Confetti Tour] was so beautiful that there were times when we asked if we should just carry on as Little Mix because it felt so good.
But I don’t think it would have worked at that point in our lives.”
Thriving as a Solo Star
Leigh-Anne admits she was nervous at first about going solo, but now feels confident and fulfilled in her music journey.
“I believe in my talent. I believe in myself — and also, I just love to sing,” she said.
“There’s plenty of things I could do. But I know music is where I’m supposed to be. I’m excited to see where it’s going to take me next.”
With her solo momentum building and Little Mix fans still as loyal as ever, Leigh-Anne’s strategy seems perfectly tuned — and when the reunion does happen, it’s sure to be nothing short of iconic.
