Kylie Jenner has relisted her Holmby Hills mansion with a significant $10 million price cut, now asking $38 million after the property failed to sell at its original $48 million price point. The seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom concrete fortress-style estate, which she purchased for $36.5 million in 2020, was first listed in December 2025. It was taken off the market on June 24 before being relisted at the reduced price.
The 15,320-square-foot Holmby Hills property features a basketball court, gym, geometric zero-edge pool, and 12-foot privacy walls. Kylie purchased it five years ago for $36.5 million, meaning even the current reduced price would yield only a $1.5 million profit before renovation costs and real estate fees.
The beauty mogul is also attempting to sell her longtime Hidden Hills mansion, which she first listed in March for $20.25 million before slashing the price to $17.99 million in April. Both listings come as Jenner nears completion on a custom-built 18,000-square-foot estate in Hidden Hills, where she plans to move with her children.
