Kylie Jenner has officially closed the chapter on her longtime Hidden Hills home. The 29-year-old beauty mogul sold the sprawling 13,200-square-foot estate for $15.3 million, about $5 million less than the original $20.25 million asking price she set when listing it in March.
Jenner purchased the property for $12.05 million in late 2016 when she was just 19 years old. The eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom mansion served as her primary residence for years and sits on a private 1.4-acre lot with sweeping city and pastoral views. The home features a private theater, game room with wet bar, executive office with fireplace, gym, massage room, and an attached guest suite with its own entrance and courtyard.
The sale was handled by Million Dollar Listing stars Josh, Matt, and Heather Altman of Douglas Elliman. The property hit the market in March, received a price cut to $17.99 million in April, and went into pending status in early September before closing Friday.
Jenner isn’t leaving the neighborhood. She purchased a five-acre plot of land in Hidden Hills for $15 million in 2020 and has been building her “dream Italian home” on the site, a roughly 18,000-square-foot estate featuring a 12-car garage, guesthouse, sports court, and security office . She also listed her Holmby Hills concrete mansion for $48 million in December, later reducing it to $38.5 million, though that property was taken off the market in June.
