Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s teenage son, Kroy Biermann Jr., is in police custody on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. The arrest comes after a classmate accused him of assaulting her in a gym changing area.
According to court documents, a girl reported the alleged incident to police, claiming it occurred on April 23, 2026, at a gym near Atlanta. She told investigators she was hanging out at the gym when she met Kroy Jr., and they went into a co-ed sauna. She claimed he became “touchy” with her and continued despite her saying no. The victim alleged he forced her mouth on his penis and digitally penetrated her vagina.
Police launched an investigation after being dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24. An officer attempted to contact Kroy Sr. on May 14 and spoke with him on May 18. Kroy Sr. said he would discuss the matter with Kim. Kroy Jr. was arrested on August 17 and remains in custody.
The victim was examined at a hospital, and doctors did not find evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina. We’ve reached out to Kim and Kroy for comment, so far, no word back. Kroy Jr. is currently being held without bond at the Paulding County Jail in Georgia.
