The custody battle between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann just took a dark turn. In bombshell court documents, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum claims her estranged husband physically abused their children and had sex so loud the kids could hear. She also alleges a court-appointed guardian dismissed the abuse because it did not leave marks.
Kim claims Kroy threw one of their sons over a couch during a heated argument at his home. She also says he threw a pan at another child’s head. The kids have reportedly told her they do not see Kroy for hours at a time but hear him engaging in sexual acts with whatever girlfriend is visiting. One woman allegedly stayed at his home and even vacationed with the children.
According to the filing, a court-appointed guardian dismissed the couch incident because the child is large for his age. Kim insists a kid is still a kid regardless of size. Two other children expressed their wishes about living arrangements, only to be called liars by the same guardian. Kim says she alerted professionals to mental, emotional, and physical abuse, but no one sounded an alarm because the abuse did not leave visible marks.
Kim claims she is constantly contacted by the children while they are in Kroy’s care. They ask for food because they are hungry. They ask for medicine because they are sick. Despite this, the guardian recommended Kroy be awarded primary custody. The court agreed.
One of Kroy’s former romantic partners allegedly sent a text to Kim’s new boyfriend. The message read: I believe Kim. He is abusive. And his abuse is unlike any I have ever witnessed. Kim submitted the text as evidence. A source says these allegations explain why Kim stayed silent about the divorce for so long.
Kroy previously claimed Kim failed to attend court-ordered therapy sessions, leading to her custody being temporarily suspended. The exes first split in 2023. They have gotten back together and broken up since. But the divorce is still not final. And now the allegations have exploded into public view.
