Kendra Wilkinson Claps Back at Body Shamers: “I’m At Peace”

Kendra Wilkinson is feeling confident in herself. The Girls Next Door alum got candid about her body image as she addressed some of the criticism she’s received during her life in the spotlight.

“I see people poking at me for my body and my aging, and it’s OK,” Wilkinson wrote in a post on Instagram Aug. 7. “I’m at peace, and none of that stuff bothers me”. The 41-year-old made it clear she is no longer chasing the unrealistic expectations of her past. “I’m OK not being Playboy skinny anymore or bleached blonde 21 yr old,” she continued. “That was a time of my life, but now I’m older and have lived a life”.

Instead of seeking external validation, Wilkinson is focused on her inner world and her family. “Sexy is the last thing I want to be nowadays. I aim for health, happiness, success, and gods light. Peace is everything to me,” she shared. She also emphasized her personal growth, stating, “I forgive myself for all the things and can breathe in life a different way now. Life is good, and I am so blessed and grateful”. She shares kids Hank, 16, and Alijah, 12, with ex-husband Hank Baskett.
