Keke Palmer is set to receive one of Hollywood’s highest honors. The multi-talented actress, singer, and host has been selected for the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2027 in the television category, alongside a star-studded lineup of entertainment figures.
The announcement was made at a July 23 press conference at Funko Hollywood, where Walk of Fame stars Ming-Na Wen and Sheila E. joined Hollywood Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Ron Frierson to reveal the 32 honorees across six categories. Palmer’s fellow television inductees include Pedro Pascal, Lisa Kudrow, Raven-Symoné, David Alan Grier, Adam Scott, Jeff Probst, and producer Bill Lawrence.
Palmer’s selection comes as no surprise given her prolific career trajectory. The former child star has successfully transitioned into a multifaceted entertainer, earning Emmy recognition and recently releasing her album Just Keke. Earlier this year, she hosted and performed at the Billboard Women in Music ceremony and won Entertainer of the Year at the NAACP Image Awards.
An exact date for Palmer’s star ceremony has not yet been scheduled. Ceremony dates are typically announced about ten days in advance by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, meaning fans may have to wait until next year for the official unveiling.
