A judge has granted the Kardashian-Jenner family a long-term restraining order against a man they say has terrified them for years. The 3-year protection order was issued against Kyle Robert DeWick, a Colorado man Kris Jenner previously described as a “stalker” with “no relationship whatsoever” to her or her family.

The order protects Kris, Kylie, Kendall, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, and Rob Kardashian. DeWick must stay at least 100 yards away from all of them and have zero contact, physical, digital, phone, or mail. A temporary order was granted in late May and has now been extended.

In a sworn declaration, Kris said security personnel first flagged DeWick in 2021 after he made repeated visits to Kylie’s residence. He allegedly believed Kris had encouraged him to pursue Kylie and propose to her, something she flatly denies. Kris also claimed the man has a violent criminal history and recently contacted real estate agents connected to family properties, touring homes near where family members live. She told the court the situation caused severe emotional distress and left her terrified.
