Kanye West and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta are nearing a settlement in her sexual assault lawsuit, according to new legal documents. Both sides met for mediation on June 4 and agreed in principle to resolve the case, prompting the court to remove the next hearing from the calendar.

Lauren sued Ye in June 2024, claiming he fired her after sending her explicit sexual texts and videos, and alleged he masturbated and touched her vagina at a hotel before falling asleep mid-sentence. She also claimed Kanye drugged her at a studio session cohosted by Diddy.

Pisciotta’s filing also included allegations that Ye hired her at a $1 million salary to manage his Yeezy brand, but fired her after she complained about sexual harassment. Ye countersued in September 2024, alleging Lauren had extorted him and was fired for cause rather than retaliation.

The settlement comes as Kanye faces a separate sexual assault lawsuit from model Jenn An, who accused him of assault during a 2010 music video audition. An alleged in a BBC interview that Ye forced his tongue into her mouth and digitally penetrated her without consent during an LA audition.
