Los Angeles, July 10 — Rapper and fashion mogul Kanye West is once again in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, as his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has filed explosive new allegations against him, including sexual battery, sex trafficking, and oral rape.
According to an amended lawsuit obtained by Variety, Pisciotta—who worked with West from 2021 during the production of his album Donda—claims she endured a hostile and sexually abusive work environment, where West allegedly coerced, assaulted, and manipulated her under the guise of advancing her career.
Initially filed in June 2024 for wrongful termination and sexual harassment, the updated complaint now lists a wide range of disturbing accusations, including:
• Sexual harassment and sexual battery
• Physical assault and attempted rape
• Sex trafficking and coercion
• Stalking, false imprisonment, and gender discrimination
• Emotional and psychological abuse
The lawsuit describes multiple instances of alleged abuse, including West groping Pisciotta, forcing her to watch him engage in sex acts with other women, and demanding explicit photos. Most alarmingly, Pisciotta claims West orally raped her without consent and attempted vaginal penetration during her employment.
One particularly damning allegation states that West offered Pisciotta as a “sexual gift” to another man in exchange for sex with the man’s partner — a pattern the lawsuit claims reflects West’s exploitative behavior.
At the time of the original lawsuit, West’s legal team dismissed the claims as “baseless” and expressed intentions to countersue. As of now, there has been no new comment from West’s representatives regarding the updated allegations.
These revelations add to the growing list of controversies surrounding the rapper, who has repeatedly faced public and legal scrutiny in recent years. If the case proceeds, it could have major ramifications for both West’s reputation and career.
