Veteran Nollywood actor Jude Chukwuka has shared a terrifying experience from a movie set in Ikorodu, Lagos State, where he was nearly attacked by a mob.
In an interview on Seun Oloketuyi’s YouTube channel, Chukwuka revealed that a group of men falsely accused him of being Naira Marley’s father and held him responsible for the death of late singer Mohbad.

The actor recounted the harrowing incident, explaining that the assailants, who believed Naira Marley was his son, threatened to take his life.
“Some guys attacked me and wanted to kill me on a movie set. They said my son killed Mohbad. I told them I am not Naira Marley’s father and that he’s from Abeokuta while I am from Delta State.”
Chukwuka further stated that he always believed the accusations against Naira Marley were an attack on his personality, and that some people had tried to use the tragedy for personal gain.
The shocking ordeal highlights the dangers of misinformation and mob justice, as well as the ongoing tensions surrounding Mohbad’s death.
