The younger sister of Jordyn Woods is breaking her silence. Jodie Woods says she carries emotional scars from watching her sister’s friendship with Kylie Jenner collapse during the 2019 Jordyn Woods cheating scandal.
On the premiere episode of her new Netflix series Calabasas Confidential, the 19-year-old got candid about the toll the public firestorm took on her family. “I am overly protective of my sister, which is crazy, because she’s my older sister,” Jodie said, becoming emotional. She revealed that she endured relentless online harassment during the fallout.
The Jordyn Woods cheating scandal erupted in February 2019 when Jordyn was accused of kissing Tristan Thompson, who was then dating Khloe Kardashian. The incident effectively ended Jordyn’s lifelong friendship with Kylie Jenner and exiled her from the Kardashian-Jenner inner circle.
Jodie detailed the brutal backlash her family faced. “All these people are in my DMs and in comments talking about, ‘Go kill yourself,’ and ‘I hope your sister dies,’” she revealed. “I think I have, like, PTSD.” She described how the experience forced her to keep her “guard up” with people, though she noted it ultimately made the Woods sisters closer.
While the rift lasted for years, both women have since moved toward reconciliation. Kylie previously admitted she felt “lonely” after losing Jordyn, her closest confidante, but said the distance helped her “grow up.”
Jordyn, now engaged to NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns, never gave up hope. She once called Kylie her “homie” and prayed they would eventually reunite. The two have since been spotted together publicly, signaling a quiet but meaningful rebuild of their once-unbreakable bond.
