BLACKPINK’s Jennie is gearing up for a quick solo return, with her agency confirming she will release a new EP by the end of August.
The announcement comes roughly a month after the release of her digital single “Less Than a Lover” on July 24. The upcoming EP is expected to feature tracks she has been previewing during her headlining sets at major global festivals like The Governors Ball, Roskilde, Open’er, and Summer Sonic in Japan. Confirmed tracks include “Less Than a Lover,” “FALLEN ANGEL,” and “lockitdown”.
“Less Than a Lover” has already built significant momentum, receiving gold certification on China’s QQ Music and topping Mnet’s M Countdown for two consecutive weeks. The new EP will be released through her agency ODD ATELIER (OA Entertainment).
