Bunnie XO is giving her ex-husband a glowing endorsement as he steps back into the dating pool. On the latest episode of her podcast, Dumb Blonde, Bunnie confirmed that Jelly Roll is already seeing other people following their divorce, and she’s actively cheering him on.
“Has my husband started dating? Yes, he has. And we’re happy for him,” she said, adding, “Daddy Roll is probably in his finest season. He’s feeling himself. He looks so good. He is healthier than he’s ever been”. She even encouraged interested women to shoot their shot, joking that Jelly Roll’s Instagram direct messages are wide open.
The podcast was Bunnie’s first extended public statement since Jelly Roll filed for divorce in May 2026. Rather than expressing bitterness, she described their split as amicable and built on mutual respect. She emphasized that the divorce was not triggered by infidelity, confirming what Jelly Roll himself told a concert audience just hours earlier: “Nobody cheated on nobody”.
Instead, the couple’s split stemmed from a heated argument on Mother’s Day. Bunnie told Jelly Roll to “file the f—ing divorce papers” out of anger and frustration, and he did. She admitted the divorce was not mutual and said she felt “blindsided” when he followed through, but she respects his decision.
Despite the end of their marriage, the former couple is still planning to have a baby together through surrogacy . Bunnie confirmed they are moving forward with their IVF journey and intend to co-parent their future child as a family . She reflected on the emotional toll of their fertility struggles, revealing they had lost four embryos. “In a way, I kind of think J and I are trauma-bonded,” she said.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie, who married in 2016 and renewed their vows in 2023, appear to be rewriting the book on what a modern divorce can look like. She has even encouraged him to “play the field,” while she focuses on healing herself.
