Football legend and fan-favorite Harry Redknapp is gearing up for a dramatic return to the jungle in the upcoming edition of I’m A Celebrity… All Stars.

The 78-year-old, who won hearts and was crowned King of the Jungle in the 2018 series, is reportedly among the first names secured for the new season, which will feature returning legends from past editions. Redknapp, who famously pocketed £500,000 during his first stint, is said to be lined up for another generous payday.

A source told The Sun on Sunday“It’s going to be a real coup. Harry is TV gold and was first on the list of wannabe celebrity contestants.”

Joining him in the rumoured cast is none other than Gemma Collins, the TOWIE icon who made headlines for dramatically quitting the 2014 series just three days in. Producers are keen to bring her back to the jungle — this time in South Africa — and have reportedly offered her over £150,000 to sign on.

“We’re very excited about bringing back campmates from over the years in a brand-new setting,”an insider revealed. “That last All Stars series in 2023 was one of the biggest entertainment shows of the year, pulling in over 5.2 million viewers a night.”

ITV has declined to confirm or deny the lineup, with a spokesperson stating: “No comment at this stage.”

Gemma’s team also remains tight-lipped.

As for Harry, his spokesman responded to the buzz with a simple: “This is speculation.”

In a previous interview, Redknapp shared how deeply emotional it was seeing his wife, Sandra, in the jungle during his 2018 run — especially after her battle with sepsis.

“Sandra only really got pushed into the limelight when I did ‘I’m a Celebrity,’” Harry said. “I was worried about her when I was going in, so when I saw her in the jungle it was very emotional.”

If confirmed, this season promises a blockbuster reunion of some of the show’s most talked-about stars, with South Africa providing a new twist to the format. Fans can expect a star-studded and unpredictable adventure when the show returns early next year.
