Miami rapper Flo Rida made his gospel debut October 3, 2025, joining Billboard chart-topping artist Otis Kemp on the new single “WATCH,” marking a spiritual turn for the “Low” hitmaker who previously collaborated with Kemp in the hip-hop world.

The gospel song released through Revive Create label represents a full-circle moment for both Carol City, Florida natives. Otis Kemp previously wrote songs for Flo Rida and Rick Ross before fully committing to gospel music, achieving a #1 Billboard Gospel Airplay hit with “Daily Bread” in 2023.

Kemp told interviewers “I have always been clear about the legacy I want to leave. I want to be remembered for giving God the glory.” His distinctive sound bridges gospel and Miami hip-hop culture with Bahamian influences, creating the perfect sonic landscape for Flo Rida’s faith-based collaboration.

The “WATCH” single showcases Flo Rida embracing spiritual themes while maintaining his signature South Florida flavor. For Kemp, the collaboration validates his mission to make gospel accessible through contemporary urban sounds, proving faith-based music can thrive at the intersection of street culture and church tradition.
