Drake has officially revealed plans for his upcoming 2025 tour, titled the Anita Max Wynn tour, which will begin in Australia on February 9. This marks his first return to the country in eight years.
The announcement was made during a livestream with Canadian streamer xQc on Sunday night, where Drake shared his excitement about reconnecting with his Australian fans. “February 9, for anyone that’s watching from Australia – I’m coming back to Australia for the first time in eight years,” he said.
The tour’s name, Anita Max Wynn, references a gambling alias Drake has used, a playful nod to his well-known enthusiasm for betting.
Interestingly, the tour kicks off the same day Kendrick Lamar headlines the Super Bowl LIX halftime show in New Orleans, a coincidence that hasn’t gone unnoticed by fans.
During the livestream, Drake also provided an update on his ongoing album project with PARTYNEXTDOOR, which he described as “75% complete” and sounding “incredible.”
The Anita Max Wynn tour is set to be one of the highlights of 2025, with fans eagerly anticipating Drake’s return to the stage.
