Chrisean Rock Has Active Warrant After Skipping February Court Date

A bench warrant is now active for Chrisean Rock after the reality star and rapper failed to show up for a scheduled court hearing in Los Angeles. The missed appearance stems from a traffic stop that took place in Hermosa Beach, California, back in December 2025.

Los Angeles prosecutors filed two misdemeanor charges against Rock on January 26, both related to driving with a suspended license. She was due in court for an arraignment on February 26, but court records show she never appeared. The judge responded by issuing the bench warrant, which remains active with no updates currently listed in the court system.

The 26-year-old entertainer, who gained fame through the Baddies reality series, addressed the reports on her Instagram Story. She denied having a suspended license, explaining instead that her driving privileges are restricted to travel for work. She also claimed the court date has been rescheduled and blamed her earlier absence on not having her ID while she was in Los Angeles.

“My license is not suspended. It’s currently restricted for travel to and from work. Also, the court date has been rescheduled,” she wrote. “When I was in LA, I didn’t have my ID to resolve it. I just received my current ID. It’s only a $270 fee to get it unrestricted”.

This is not Rock’s first run-in with the law. She has a lengthy rap sheet dating back to 2020 that includes charges for drug possession, disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, and battery . In 2024, she faced another bench warrant for violating probation tied to assault charges, and she previously dealt with an Oklahoma drug case that carried the threat of serious prison time before she received probation.

Despite the active warrant, Rock is moving forward with her professional boxing debut. She is scheduled to fight Zenith Zion on April 25 at Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino in Chester, Pennsylvania, in a three-round bout that will be streamed on Triller TV .

For now, her legal team will likely work to quash the warrant or reschedule the missed hearing. If she is detained, she would be brought before a judge to address both the original traffic charges and her failure to appear in court.
