Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy has responded to social media buzz in style by showing off his luxury Ferrari, following reports that he allegedly failed to gift a lady a Lamborghini after a one-night stand.
On Thursday, February 27, social media went wild after leaked voicenotes surfaced, where socialite Sophia Egbueje claimed Burna Boy promised to buy her a Lamborghini in exchange for intimacy but never fulfilled the promise.
While many men hailed the singer for not delivering on the alleged deal, some ladies dragged him for making promises he couldn’t keep.
However, Burna Boy seems unbothered by the drama. Taking to his Instagram stories this morning, the “City Boys” crooner posted a video showing off his sleek Ferrari, seemingly taunting his critics.
Although he didn’t directly address the allegations, the timing of the post left fans convinced that it was a subtle clapback.
