Blac Chyna just revealed the $5 million non-disclosure agreement she says her ex-boyfriend Twin Hector signed during their relationship. The NDA, filed in court as the two accuse each other of abuse, bars Twin from talking about Chyna, her business, her personal life, and most notably, her famous children: King Cairo, whom she shares with Tyga, and Dream Kardashian, whom she shares with Rob Kardashian. The agreement also covers matters related to Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni.
The contract says Twin was likely to learn private details during their relationship and is barred from filming Chyna without consent or speaking about anything he learned. The breach penalty is $5 million in liquidated damages, though it’s unclear if that amount would ultimately be enforceable. Chyna and Twin broke up in 2023.
The NDA surfaced as Chyna and Twin continue to battle in court. Twin previously sued Chyna for assault and battery, claiming she attacked him at her home in June 2024. She countersued, alleging he harassed and stalked her for months after their split. In his lawsuit, Twin said he felt “bewildered” by the “volatile and unhealthy dynamics” of their relationship . He also claimed Chyna assaulted him on at least three occasions after the breakup, including instances where she allegedly struck him and damaged his property.
