Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory has broken his silence after 50 Cent seemingly accused him of being a federal informant.

On Feb. 5, Flenory took to social media, posting a photoshopped image of himself with 50 Cent—except 50’s face was replaced with a rat’s head holding a piece of cheese. The words “Internet Gangster” repeatedly flashed across 50’s body in the image.
This post was a direct response to 50 Cent’s earlier Instagram post, where the rapper shared a photo of a rat with the caption “I think I’m Big Meech”, referencing his song BMF (Blowin’ Money Fast). In the caption, 50 hinted at bringing Tammy Cowins, an alleged federal informant, to “tell all” about Flenory’s dealings.
Why Is 50 Cent Upset?
The rift appears to stem from Big Meech’s recent association with Rick Ross, 50 Cent’s longtime rival. Meech was spotted alongside Ross, who also announced he’d be headlining Meech’s “Welcome Back” concert on Feb. 13 at Amerant Bank Arena.
Given 50 Cent’s role as executive producer of BMF, the hit Starz series based on Meech’s life, many see this as a direct betrayal by the Black Mafia Family cofounder.
