Former NFL star Marcellus Wiley is fighting back. Hours after his wife Annemarie filed for divorce and obtained a domestic violence restraining order, Wiley took to X to deny her disturbing accusations.
“I love my children with everything I am,” he wrote. He claims he’s now forced to “respond with evidence rather than emotion” and has compiled videos, texts, and emails he says contradict her “baseless claims.” But his response went further; he accused Annemarie of cheating, “serious parenting failures,” and even cursing his family with a “voodoo spell.”
Annemarie’s court filing paints a brutal picture. She alleges a “continuing and escalating pattern” of physical and sexual abuse dating back to 2012. She claims Wiley raped her four times, punched her in the face in 2014, and threatened to kill her during a July Fourth trip to Florida. A judge granted her temporary sole custody of their three kids, ordering Wiley out of the Encino home with no visitation. Wiley was arrested in Orlando over the weekend on a domestic battery charge and released on bond. He denies everything.
