Bhad Bhabie Slams ‘Weird’ Critics Comparing Her at 13 to Now: ‘Grow Up’

Bhad Bhabie has had enough. The rapper, born Danielle Marie Bregoli, is firing off on what she calls “weird” critics who keep comparing photos of her at 13-15 to her at 20-23 and expecting her to look exactly the same.

On Saturday, May 9, Bhabie took to her Instagram Story with a furious multi-post response. The trigger? A “Guess Who” style post from April 30 that showed a selfie of her from November 2025, when she was 22, next to a swipe-to-reveal photo from October 2018, when she was just 15.

The implication was clear. And Bhabie was not having it.

In her initial response, the 23-year-old broke down exactly why she looks different nearly a decade later.

“Why do people constantly compare photos of me when I was 13-15 thinking I’m gonna look the same at 20-23,” she wrote. “Y’all weird. All I did was grow up, change my hair color, sit in the sun instead of spending all day inside, and get a syringe of lip filler. Like, who the fuck else didn’t?!”

But she wasn’t finished. In a follow-up post, Bhabie added a confession: “Oh and I did get a nose job. Sorry, I forgot lol. And are my brows full!”

Bhabie also revealed that the signature look from her teenage years wasn’t even her choice. “I was 15 in that photo being forced to wear that red ponytail for 5 years,” she wrote. She claimed her management team denied her creative control, something she says she “begged for daily.”

Had she had her way, fans would have seen her “looking how I wanted to look” all along.

The rant didn’t stop at appearance. Bhabie, who is Italian and Jewish, also slammed critics who have accused her of trying to “be Black.” She called out the double standard and the constant policing of her image.

Toward the end of her tirade, she issued a warning: “Every time y’all try me like y’all Kanye crazy, I’ma go Kanye crazy!! Play with me, h*e!!!!!”

Bhad Bhabie grew up in front of millions. She was 13 when “Cash Me Outside” made her infamous. Now she’s 23, a mother, and tired of being held to the face of a child. She’s admitted to work, owned her choices, and drawn a line.

Whether critics respect that line is up to them. But Bhabie has made one thing clear, she’s done being quiet about it.
