Paris Jackson has leveled serious accusations against the men controlling her late father’s empire, alleging a coordinated Paris Jackson estate bullying campaign designed to silence her financial questions. The 28-year-old claims executors are weaponizing the Michael Jackson fortune to mock and belittle her in court filings and media statements.

In newly filed court documents obtained, the singer and activist says she is fed up with what she describes as a pattern of intimidation . The legal battle centers on her demands for transparency regarding payments made to third-party law firms and massive bonus structures she believes lack proper oversight. But the fight has turned deeply personal.

Paris specifically called out a recent statement from co-executors John Branca and John McClain that she branded as “sexist.” In the filing, the executors reportedly referred to themselves as the “grown-ups” in the room, contrasting themselves with the 28-year-old woman and her adult siblings. They also described Paris as “strutting” into a hearing.

“At nearly every hearing, executors try to avoid the merits by characterizing Paris’ concerns as lawyer-driven or in service of some purported desire for media attention. Neither is true,” her filing states. She added that the litigation is “painful” and a distraction from her own life and career.

The core of the dispute remains financial transparency, but the tone has shifted dramatically. Paris argues that Branca and McClain are using her father’s money to attack her in the press. She believes the strategy is a calculated attempt to bully her into dropping her objections regarding how the Michael Jackson fortune is being spent .

The executors have fired back, claiming their work turned a debt-ridden estate into a multibillion-dollar enterprise. Attorney Jonathan Steinsapir noted that Paris has already received roughly $65 million in benefits and stands to inherit hundreds of millions more.

For her part, Paris remains unmoved. She insists this was never about the money, but about being treated with dignity while asking legitimate questions about the legacy she is meant to inherit.
