Nigerian singer Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has reportedly run into fresh trouble as the Ogun State government allegedly sealed off his uncompleted hotel.

According to circulating reports, the action was taken after the controversial artist and his associates allegedly attacked town planning officials during an inspection. While some of his crew members have been arrested, Portable is said to be on the run.

The singer had previously flaunted the hotel project on social media, showcasing its construction near a mosque in Ogun State. However, viral images now show government officials inspecting the property and attempting to lock and seal the entrance while wearing reflective jackets.

In response to the situation, Portable reportedly blamed his father, accusing him of failing to intervene despite receiving financial assistance from him.

Mixed Reactions from Fans

The development has sparked reactions online, with some social media users commenting that Portable is “his own biggest enemy.” Others joked that this could be his downfall in 2025.

Portable has been no stranger to controversy, and this latest incident adds to his ongoing legal troubles. Whether he will respond or evade the authorities remains to be seen.
