R&B singer Jhené Aiko has shared heartbreaking news that she and her children, Noah Hasani and Namiko Love, have lost their home in the devastating Los Angeles wildfire. The fast-moving blaze, which erupted in the Hollywood Hills on Wednesday night, destroyed their house and belongings, leaving the family to start over from scratch.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the artist expressed her grief and gratitude, writing:

“Me and my children’s home is gone; burned to the ground with all of our things inside. Lord have mercy. Thankful we still have each other, starting from scratch. My heart is so heavy.”

The wildfire, which has been described as one of the costliest in California’s history, is estimated to cause at least $52 billion in damages and economic losses. Despite the catastrophic loss, Aiko and her children are safe, a silver lining in an otherwise devastating ordeal.

Fans and fellow artists have flooded social media with messages of support for Jhené, praising her resilience and offering help during this challenging time.

The Los Angeles wildfires have ravaged multiple areas, serving as a stark reminder of the unpredictable and destructive power of nature. While Aiko’s loss is a deeply personal one, it reflects the larger struggles faced by countless families affected by these fires.
