As the sex trafficking trial involving music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs entered its final phase, attention turned sharply to the courtroom drama—and outside it, 50 Cent had plenty to say about it.
Last week, Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo delivered his closing statement, which has since stirred controversy for both its content and approach. Many, including 50 Cent, found the defense lacking—and the G-Unit rapper didn’t hold back.

“You Are the Worst Lawyer”: 50 Cent Reacts
Taking to Instagram, 50 Cent posted yet another AI-generated photo of himself in a suit, writing:
“Damn, they did Diddy dirty them closing statements man, I could have done better than that. How much he pay them lawyers?”
In a now-deleted follow-up post, he doubled down, calling out Agnifilo directly:
“She didn’t have the worst lawyer, You are the worst lawyer. Remember the name Marc Agnifilo. He just got Diddy a 20 years.”**
While it’s unclear who “she” refers to, the message was crystal clear: 50 thinks Diddy’s legal defense may have just sealed his fate.

Agnifilo’s Defense: “Not a Trafficker, Just a Swinger”
According to Variety, Agnifilo painted a complicated picture of the Bad Boy founder. He argued that while Diddy may have been involved in “freak-offs” and admitted to domestic violence, he did not force anyone to participate—least of all Cassie, his ex-girlfriend and one of his accusers.
He tried to portray Diddy as a generous, misunderstood figure, stating that despite how ex-employees might feel about him now, “they loved working for him.” He also pointed out that “Jane,” one of the plaintiffs, still lives in a house paid for by Diddy.
But that argument didn’t sit well with many, especially in light of the disturbing allegations laid out in the trial.

50 Cent’s Ongoing Jabs
This isn’t the first time 50 Cent has gone after Diddy’s legal team. Back in April, he urged the Bad Boy boss to hire celebrity defense attorney Joe Tacopina—the same lawyer who represented A$AP Rockyduring his Sweden assault case.
“If Diddy can get Joe he might beat this case but he gonna have to pay a lot of money, there’s no time to prepare!” he posted.
Interestingly, Tacopina later confirmed that Diddy did reach out to him—but he turned down the case.

What’s Next for Diddy?
The outcome of the trial remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: Diddy’s defense strategy is being torn apart in public discourse, and 50 Cent is leading the charge online. With fans and critics closely watching, the stakes couldn’t be higher for the 55-year-old mogul.
Whether Agnifilo’s defense strategy lands with the jury or backfires entirely is something only time—and the final verdict—will reveal.
