50 Cent is turning up the heat in his ongoing beef with Big Meech and Lil Meech, now claiming that he once sent Lil Meech to rehab for drug use.
The rap mogul and BMF executive producer took to Instagram this week to suggest that Big Meech may have been jealous of the bond 50 built with his son while working on the BMF series. He also alleged that Lil Meech had a drug problem and that his father wasn’t happy about 50 trying to steer him in the right direction.
50 Cent’s Explosive Claims
“I thought about it, I think [Big Meech] was uncomfortable with me and MeMe’s (Lil Meech’s) relationship,” 50 wrote. “I’m telling MeMe I don’t want him doing drugs. He telling him he used to do X like it’s cool. I tell MeMe chill, stop spending all your money, he telling him how much money he blew. People don’t know, I had to send MeMe to rehab.”
50 further claimed that actor Russell Hornsby noticed Lil Meech was high on set, and things got out of hand during a weapons test. “He started throwing up, then Ian told me the little [ninja] had whippets in his truck. I said, ‘What the f**k is whippets?’ I looked it up—it’s the shit that be in BB guns.”
50’s Fallout with Big Meech
50 Cent’s public attack on Big Meech started earlier this month, despite their seemingly good relationship after Meech’s prison release.
Things escalated when photos surfaced of Big Meech with 50’s longtime rival, Rick Ross. In response, 50 posted a picture of a rat with the caption, “I think I’m Big Meech”, referencing Rick Ross’ 2010 hit B.M.F. (Blowin’ Money Fast).
The Power mogul hinted that a tell-all documentary featuring Tammy Cowins, a former BMF associate and alleged informant, will expose Big Meech.
Big Meech Responds, 50 Doubles Down
Meech later responded on Instagram, saying:
“I wasn’t gonna address this because I’m not trying to let nobody trick me off the streets. But I’ve never folded, never told — never will. Death before dishonor, always.”
But 50 wasn’t convinced, firing back:
“You tricked Cuff off the streets, n-gga. You told Tammy to tell, b**ch.”
He also warned that Big Meech’s Welcome Home concert would be a disaster, claiming major artists like Lil Baby, Skilla Baby, and Icewear Vezzo wouldn’t show up. As predicted, the event was eventually canceled due to ‘unforeseen circumstances.’
