Manhattan Judge Curtis Farber said Wednesday he could sentence Harvey Weinstein on September 30 for his June conviction of sexually assaulting former “Project Runway” production assistant Miriam Haley.
A jury convicted Weinstein of criminal sexual assault but couldn’t reach a verdict on a third-degree rape charge involving former actor Jessica Mann.
The judge wants another retrial held this year for the unresolved charge. Weinstein was acquitted of assaulting model Kaja Sokola in the same trial.
