In a shocking turn of events, American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a staggering lawsuit, with over 100 people accusing him of sexual assault, rape, and exploitation. This massive lawsuit, which has shaken the entertainment industry, includes alleged victims ranging from young adults to minors, some as young as nine years old.
Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, known for handling high-profile cases, announced that his firm is representing these victims. During a press conference, Buzbee disclosed that his firm had initially received claims from over 3,000 people before narrowing it down to 120 individuals after thorough investigations.
Buzbee claims that many of these assaults occurred during high-profile events hosted by Diddy, including album release parties, New Year’s Eve celebrations, and the notorious ‘White Parties.’ He also noted that most of the victims had dreams of entering the music or entertainment industry, with promises from Combs to “make them a star.” However, the outcome was far from their expectations.
“The youngest victim was nine years old. We also have a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old in this case,” Buzbee stated in his press conference. “These victims were betrayed by their trust in Diddy and are now left with lifelong trauma.”
One of the most disturbing accusations is from a 15-year-old girl who alleges she was drugged and raped at a party in New York City. According to the victims’ accounts, Combs manipulated them by offering a pathway to stardom, only to subject them to horrifying abuse.
Diddy’s legal team, led by attorney Erica Wolff, has categorically denied all allegations. Wolff called the claims “false and defamatory,” and insisted that Combs is innocent.
These latest accusations come at a time when Combs is already entangled in legal battles, including an impending trial for charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. The rapper was arrested in September 2024 at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan by Homeland Security Investigations.
As this case unfolds, it marks a critical moment not just for Diddy’s career, but for the entire entertainment industry as more victims of abuse are stepping forward to hold powerful figures accountable.
