The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is walking away from her short-lived marriage to Simon Guobadiawith a hefty financial win. According to a report by Essence, a court has ordered Guobadia to pay the reality TV star $40,000 in monthly alimony for the next 15 months, in addition to covering her legal fees.
That’s not all:
Williams, 43, will also keep the Rolls-Royce gifted to her by her now ex-husband, 61, and has been granted until 2027 to decide whether to vacate or remain in the $7 million marital home the couple once shared.

Williams and Guobadia tied the knot in a grand, high-profile ceremony — but their marriage only lasted 15 months. Despite the glittering start, their divorce quickly turned bitter, with both sides sparring over the terms of their prenuptial agreement.

“[Williams] made it very clear to [Guobadia] (and the public) that she was leaving the television show and not returning,” court documents stated.
“Had [Guobadia] known she would return, he would not have agreed to a prenup requiring him to pay significant sums.”
